Donate
We work hard every day to move our operations toward long-term financial sustainability.
Donations play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Rescue Center and Sanctuary, as well as wildlife conservation efforts in the Guanacaste region and across Costa Rica.
Your support is invaluable, and your contribution will create a lasting impact for generations to come.
Here's how you can help through our sponsorship program!

Tax Deductible Options
Las Pumas Rescue Center and Sanctuary is a non-profit organization based in Costa Rica, operating under Costa Rican law.
In the U.S., we are proudly affiliated with Amigos of Costa Rica, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor.
Donations made through Amigos of Costa Rica are eligible for tax deductions for U.S. taxpayers.
Multiple payment options are available through their platform.
Amazon Wish List
Some of the products and materials we use for the care, raising, and enrichment of the animals are difficult to find in Costa Rica or are very expensive.
That’s why we’ve created an Amazon Wish List, where you can view the items we need most. If you’re able, you can purchase something in your home country and bring it with you when you visit our Sanctuary.
Every item you bring is a direct contribution to the well-being of our wildlife.

Volunteering
Las Pumas Rescue Center and Sanctuary offers its facilities and available resources to both national and international students interested in internships, academic projects, or university community service. We also welcome individuals of all ages who are passionate about volunteering and learning more about the conservation of Costa Rica’s native wildlife.
If you're interested in joining our Volunteer Program, you can download the full program information to learn about the requirements. Once you've read our guidelines and you're still eager to participate, feel free to email us at laspumascr@gmail.com and we’ll send you the application form.
Please note: During your volunteer experience, you will not have direct contact with the animals. This means no handling, lifting, or taking photos while holding the animals.
